Orders & Shipping
How often do you ship out products?
Order processing is 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri). During sales and the holiday season, orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days (often sooner).
We ship through USPS and UPS. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders. Please allow 24-36 hours for tracking to be issued.
Please be sure to enter the correct address in the shipping field. Lumi Skin Co. is not responsible for orders sent to the incorrect address.
Where does my order ship from?
Lumi Skin Co. is currently based out of Atlanta, Georgia.
Do you restock items?
YES! We restock inventory regularly. We are currently releasing products in phases to to ensure steady quality control.
Please know that Lumi Skin Co. is a very small business, so we ask that you remain patient as we update our out of stock inventory. We suggest subscribing to our email and SMS list to be the first to know about products launches.
Do you have a rewards program?
